Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a methodical and service-oriented Service Desk Analyst to ensure the seamless operation of our enterprise technology environment. In this remote, full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving IT incidents and requests, ensuring that our internal services meet rigorous standards of performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of incident and service request tickets within our ITSM tool.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely.
  • Monitor service desk queues to ensure strict adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge-base articles for common technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide status updates and technical guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in IT troubleshooting, desktop support, and system administration.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with industry-standard ITSM/Ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Foundational knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot cloud-based applications and remote access solutions (VPN, VDI).
