Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and validate predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Clean, preprocess, and structure raw data for analysis and modeling workflows.
  • Create insightful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges through data.
  • Participate in peer reviews of code, analyses, and research findings to maintain quality standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal data collection, storage, and processing pipelines.
  • Research and implement new analytical methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Document data science methodology, assumptions, and final insights for long-term knowledge retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability.
  • Experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for data-driven discovery.
  • Freshers with strong academic foundations in statistics or data projects are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Experience with big data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hive).
  • Familiarity with machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) strategies and reporting.
