Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a detailed Cost Accountant to monitor our organizational costs and financial performance. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing and operational expenses, validating inventory costs, and providing strategic insights to help optimize our profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor production and operational costs to ensure accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis between actual costs and standard budgets.
• Manage inventory valuation and perform periodic stock analysis.
• Monitor compliance with cost accounting principles and internal financial controls.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICWA/CMA preferred).
• Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or general ledger management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data interpretation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of production processes and cost drivers.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex cost data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
