Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our internal processes and project teams. In this remote, full-time role, you will be the central point of contact for operational activities, ensuring tasks are tracked, teams remain aligned, and administrative operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules and track task completion across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate clear and effective internal communication regarding operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and records.
  • Monitor team output and support the resolution of administrative bottlenecks.
  • Support the management team in day-to-day administrative and operational functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus.
  • Ability to handle documentation and data tracking with high accuracy.
  • Capability to function efficiently and independently in a remote-first team environment.
