Role Overview

As a Chartered Accountant, you will serve as the financial backbone of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing complex financial operations, ensuring absolute compliance with Indian tax laws, and providing strategic insights to the management team. This role is ideal for a qualified professional who is committed to operational excellence, transparency, and driving long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Manage and review overall financial records, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting standards.
  • Statutory Compliance: Oversee all GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings, ensuring 100% compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Audit Management: Lead internal and external financial audits, acting as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors.
  • Tax Planning: Develop and execute tax strategies that optimize our tax efficiency while maintaining full legal compliance.
  • Final Accounts: Manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial and compliance risks through robust internal controls.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement internal financial policies to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, expert-level financial guidance to various internal department heads.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship to the finance team, promoting professional growth and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI membership.
  • Freshers are welcome; previous experience in corporate accounting is an asset.
  • Strong mastery of Indian tax acts, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with the highest integrity.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights.
