Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a strategic Inventory Manager to oversee our total inventory lifecycle. In this remote, full-time leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing stock levels, implementing robust inventory control systems, and providing data-driven forecasting to ensure high operational efficiency and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and turnover.
• Oversee comprehensive inventory reconciliation and accuracy processes.
• Lead physical audit cycles and implement corrective measures based on findings.
• Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models to predict demand and supply requirements.
• Manage performance metrics for suppliers to ensure consistent service levels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in inventory management, demand planning, and stock control.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and high-level Excel modeling.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and strategic planning expertise.
