Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a methodical Inventory Executive to ensure the precision of our stock management systems. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock thresholds, and ensuring seamless reconciliation of data across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor stock levels to ensure availability meets business demands.
• Perform regular reconciliation of inventory records to minimize discrepancies.
• Track product movement, including receipts and internal transfers.
• Generate comprehensive stock reports for management analysis.
• Coordinate cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles and data tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (IMS).
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to high accuracy and detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP or digital warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies effectively.
• Self-driven professional capable of working independently in a remote environment.
