Role Overview

As a Warehouse Executive, you will manage the integrity of our inventory systems and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing the flow of items, ensuring data accuracy in our warehouse management software, and facilitating smooth shipping and receiving processes. This role is ideal for a professional who loves organized data, excels at logistics coordination, and wants to build a career in supply chain management within a fast-paced technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using our digital management systems.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
  • Shipment Processing: Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork is correct.
  • Stock Accuracy: Perform regular inventory audits to ensure physical stock matches the digital records.
  • Digital Documentation: Maintain organized and secure digital archives of all warehouse-related transactions and shipping manifests.
  • Quality Control: Verify that items entering or leaving the warehouse meet company quality standards.
  • Reporting: Generate routine inventory and logistics reports for management review.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in stock levels or delivery schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to warehouse workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with operations and procurement teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is a strong advantage.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding inventory and logistics data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple logistical tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with logistics partners.
  • Understanding of inventory management best practices and logistics operations.
  • Proactive attitude toward problem-solving in a remote-coordinated setting.
