Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to oversee our financial health and regulatory adherence. In this remote, full-time role, you will be a cornerstone of our finance department, responsible for high-level financial reporting, strategic fiscal planning, and complex tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial statements.
• Ensure full statutory compliance with Indian tax laws, including GST and TDS.
• Oversee annual statutory audits and manage communication with external auditors.
• Develop and implement fiscal strategies to optimize profitability and tax efficiency.
• Provide expert financial advisory to the leadership team regarding growth and investment.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI membership.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and taxation laws.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, auditing, and corporate compliance.
• High level of professional ethics and exceptional analytical capabilities.
