Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking an energetic Recruitment Executive to join our talent acquisition team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing candidate communication, and supporting our mission to build a world-class team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage hiring pipelines and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent field.
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven professional approach.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital recruiting platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience or internship in high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent mapping techniques.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
