Role Overview

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our global human resources strategy. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from acquisition to development, retention, and performance management. You will act as a key leader within our organization, providing expert counsel to the management team while ensuring that our HR operations are scalable, compliant, and deeply aligned with our goal of building a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy Leadership: Define and implement overarching HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech and operational talent.
  • Performance Management: Own the design and execution of performance appraisal cycles, feedback frameworks, and talent development pathways.
  • Organizational Culture: Champion initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and highly engaged remote working culture.
  • Compliance & Policy: Oversee all statutory HR compliance, labor law adherence, and company policy development.
  • Employee Relations: Lead efforts in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensure the accurate and timely execution of global payroll and benefits programs.
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to report on retention, turnover, and engagement metrics to the leadership team.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational transitions and champion communication efforts during company-wide updates.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior HR staff and team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR management, with proven leadership in a technology-focused organization.
  • Deep understanding of all functional areas of HR, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a remote setting.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and international HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Experience in scaling organizations and building HR frameworks from scratch.
  • Certification in HR Management (e.g., PHR, SHRM, or equivalent).
