Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our People Operations team. In this remote, full-time role, you will define HR strategies, foster a positive company culture, and ensure our human resources practices support our rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overall HR strategy, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance management initiatives.
  • Mentor and lead the HR department, fostering professional growth within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in HR management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, cultural awareness, and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and executive-level advisory skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in organizational development, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Experience with modern HRIS, ATS, and remote-first collaboration tools.
