Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support our growing team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for streamlining our recruitment processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring efficient HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate screening.
  • Conduct smooth employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HR management system.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities to maintain a positive culture.
  • Support the payroll process by maintaining attendance and leave records.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance best practices.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a virtual, remote environment.
