Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a methodical and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of our services. In this remote, full-time position, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, using software engineering approaches to solve operational problems and improve our infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve service availability and reliability by proactively identifying and fixing system bottlenecks.
  • Automate operational tasks, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning to reduce manual toil.
  • Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure high system observability.
  • Conduct capacity planning and system performance tuning for production workloads.
  • Manage incident response, lead root cause analysis (RCA), and drive continuous service improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or a similar language used for automation.
  • Deep experience in managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container platforms (Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and network fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SRE best practices (SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with incident management frameworks and modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
