Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our People Operations team. In this remote, full-time role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR processes, ensuring smooth employee experiences, and keeping our administrative systems accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the interview scheduling process with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage onboarding documentation and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed correctly.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR database entries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Support the planning and coordination of team engagement and company culture events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic HR tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous internship or work experience in an HR or administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS software platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
