Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting high-quality talent to support our growing organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source top-tier talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the pre-onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruiting for technology-focused roles is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the local job market and effective sourcing strategies.
  • High level of professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
