Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will be the face of our organization to potential candidates. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying requirements with hiring managers to onboarding new hires. Your primary objective will be to attract high-quality candidates, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and build a robust pipeline of talent across various technical and non-technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Proactively identify potential talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Job Postings: Create and publish compelling job descriptions to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiation and extend formal job offers to successful candidates.
  • Market Research: Conduct benchmarking to understand talent market trends and competitive salary ranges.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and skill requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring progress to the HR leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; previous recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build professional relationships.
  • High proficiency in using online sourcing tools, social media, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Basic knowledge of technical recruitment for IT/Software roles.
  • Understanding of recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
