Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, memory-safe software systems using Rust.
- Translate complex business requirements into clean, modular, and performant Rust code.
- Design and implement low-level infrastructure, core libraries, or critical systems utilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and optimize software-hardware interfaces.
- Optimize system performance, focusing on memory efficiency, thread safety, and latency.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, leveraging Rust’s compiler guarantees to ensure correctness.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance system security and efficiency.
- Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Rust and a deep understanding of its ownership, borrowing, and lifetime models.
- Solid understanding of systems programming, modular architecture, and concurrent software.
- Experience with database management, hardware-software interfaces, or high-level systems design.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-performance, secure software.
- Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) or embedded systems development.
- Understanding of API security best practices and high-performance communication protocols.
- Experience with testing frameworks (cargo test) and performance profiling tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of other low-level languages (C, C++) and FFI (Foreign Function Interface) integration.
