Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, memory-safe software systems using Rust.
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, modular, and performant Rust code.
• Design and implement low-level infrastructure, core libraries, or critical systems utilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and optimize software-hardware interfaces.
• Optimize system performance, focusing on memory efficiency, thread safety, and latency.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, leveraging Rust’s compiler guarantees to ensure correctness.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance system security and efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Rust and a deep understanding of its ownership, borrowing, and lifetime models.
• Solid understanding of systems programming, modular architecture, and concurrent software.
• Experience with database management, hardware-software interfaces, or high-level systems design.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-performance, secure software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) or embedded systems development.
• Understanding of API security best practices and high-performance communication protocols.
• Experience with testing frameworks (cargo test) and performance profiling tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of other low-level languages (C, C++) and FFI (Foreign Function Interface) integration.
