  • Manage complex memory allocation, concurrency, and data structures for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system-level drivers, core libraries, or performance-critical utilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with complex hardware and software ecosystems.
  • Optimize algorithms and code for speed, low-latency, and minimal resource utilization.
  • Debug and resolve low-level technical issues, race conditions, and memory corruption bugs.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to maintain engineering standards and safety.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal build systems, CMake configurations, and testing frameworks.
  • Research and implement new C++ standards and architectural patterns to improve system performance.
  • Document system designs, technical specifications, and low-level development workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and deep knowledge of modern C++ features and standard libraries.
  • Solid understanding of memory management, smart pointers, RAII, and concurrency primitives.
  • Experience with operating system internals, computer architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for high-performance computing.
  • Freshers with strong academic foundations in systems programming are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with template metaprogramming, Boost libraries, or other advanced C++ constructs.
  • Knowledge of multi-threaded programming, asynchronous I/O, and networking protocols.
  • Experience with build systems (CMake, Make) and debugging tools (GDB, Valgrind, Profilers).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment environments.
  • Understanding of security best practices in systems software (e.g., preventing buffer overflows).

  • 100% remote flexibility from any location in the United States.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance packages.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), including holidays and personal wellness days.
  • Structured career development, mentorship, and support for professional certifications.
