Role Overview

StyleCore Systems is looking for a design-conscious, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Bootstrap Developer to join our remote-first frontend engineering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using the Bootstrap framework. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first user interfaces using Bootstrap 5.
• Translate design mockups from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS structures.
• Customize Bootstrap components to align with brand-specific design systems.
• Optimize frontend performance, including asset management and browser rendering efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design and backend teams to integrate UI with application logic.
• Debug and resolve responsive layout and browser-compatibility issues across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Participate in peer design and code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal frontend design systems and CSS best practices.
• Research and implement new frontend trends to push creative boundaries.
• Document UI component usage and style guides for seamless team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Bootstrap and responsive web design.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and the Box Model.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, beautiful user interfaces.
• Freshers with strong portfolio projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in preprocessors like SASS/SCSS for structured CSS management.
• Experience with JavaScript/jQuery to enhance interactive UI components.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with task runners (Gulp) or build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Familiarity with cross-browser testing and optimization tools.
