Role Overview

FlowCreative Systems is seeking a creative, meticulous, and design-minded Webflow Developer to join our remote-first digital team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive websites using the Webflow platform. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow.
• Translate design mockups from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch into fully functional Webflow projects.
• Manage and structure CMS collections for dynamic content management.
• Implement complex interactions and animations to enhance the user experience.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design and marketing teams to refine digital projects.
• Debug and resolve technical and layout issues across different devices and browsers.
• Participate in peer design and code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Research and implement new Webflow features and trends to push creative boundaries.
• Document project architecture and training guides for clients to manage their content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Webflow development with a strong portfolio of live projects.
• Deep understanding of web standards, responsive design, and CSS (Box Model, Flexbox, Grid).
• Familiarity with visual design tools and design-to-code workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality web experiences.
• Freshers with strong portfolio projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in custom code implementation (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to extend Webflow’s capabilities.
• Knowledge of third-party integration tools (Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable).
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with SEO optimization tools within the Webflow environment.
• Familiarity with version control or site migration workflows.
