Role Overview

As our Audit Executive, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our internal controls and financial processes. You will conduct systematic reviews to ensure that our operations are compliant with internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices. Your work will provide the leadership team with the insights necessary to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits across various departments to verify the accuracy of financial and operational records.
• Process Documentation: Document existing financial and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement or potential vulnerabilities.
• Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential financial, operational, or compliance risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all business operations adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and relevant legal/statutory regulations.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and professional audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and actionable steps.
• Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of recommended corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with department managers to explain audit findings and provide guidance on best practices.
• Evidence Collection: Systematically collect, verify, and document evidence to support audit findings.
• Regulatory Liaison: Assist in the coordination of external audit activities and statutory examinations.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep updated with emerging audit trends, software tools, and regulatory shifts to keep our audit processes current.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in internal or external auditing is a strong advantage.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical software skills.
• Strong moral compass and an uncompromising commitment to integrity.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of auditing standards and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work independently and maintain objectivity in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex data efficiently.
