Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a methodical and vigilant Audit Executive to join our compliance team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for evaluating internal financial controls, ensuring organizational compliance with policies, and providing recommendations to minimize risk and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across various departments to ensure adherence to policies.
• Verify financial records, documentation, and processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Document audit findings, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear, detailed audit reports for management review and follow-up.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions based on audit observations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and financial standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and documentation software.
• High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience or internship in internal or statutory audit.
• Strong ability to communicate audit insights effectively to various stakeholders.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote professional setting.
