Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a diligent and insightful Internal Auditor to evaluate and strengthen our control environment. In this remote, full-time role, you will perform comprehensive audits, identify risk areas, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our business processes, governance, and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal financial and operational controls.
• Execute risk-based audit plans to ensure full organizational coverage.
• Document control weaknesses and evaluate their potential business impact.
• Draft clear, comprehensive audit reports for senior management and the audit committee.
• Monitor and track the timely resolution of identified audit findings and management action plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CIA preferred).
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
• High proficiency in audit documentation, report writing, and MS Office Suite.
• Critical thinker with excellent analytical and attention-to-detail abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated audit tools or ERP data analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage audit timelines in a remote environment.
