Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior product managers in the development and maintenance of our product roadmap.
• Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to identify growth opportunities.
• Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for upcoming feature releases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to ensure clear communication and feature delivery.
• Track and report on product performance metrics, helping to derive insights from usage data.
• Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively.
• Help facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups within an Agile environment.
• Monitor customer support channels to capture user pain points and feature requests.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks for stakeholder meetings and internal reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal product processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for user-centric thinking.
• High level of organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in digital productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack).

Preferred Skills
