Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our users. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex product issues, guiding users through technical setups, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist clients with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Document all technical resolutions in the internal knowledge base to improve future support.
  • Monitor system performance and report recurring bugs to the engineering team.
  • Provide clear, actionable technical guidance to non-technical end-users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a logical problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a technical support, help-desk, or system administration role.
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and software platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote desktop support software.
