Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, engaging front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and build scalable, efficient backend APIs and server-side services.
• Manage and optimize database schemas, queries, and data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical features.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire development stack.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain high performance for all web applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to suggest stack improvements and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to internal documentation of system architecture and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and one back-end framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web development fundamentals.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL database management.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for full-stack software development.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or robust portfolio projects are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Understanding of containerization and CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and UI performance optimization.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and authentication security patterns.
• Exposure to agile project management tools like Jira or Asana.
