Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Procurement Executive to manage our purchasing processes. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating favorable terms, managing purchase orders, and ensuring cost-effective procurement to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality vendors that meet organizational standards.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to secure the best value.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, from requisition to delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain robust, long-term vendor relationships.
• Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for strategic savings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement management software.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high accuracy.
