Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Executive to ensure the efficient movement of our products. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution process, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring our customers receive their orders on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize regional distribution schedules for timely delivery.
  • Track all inventory dispatch activities to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate daily with third-party delivery partners to ensure service quality.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive distribution accuracy logs and performance reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of distribution networks and fulfillment operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with order management software or warehouse distribution systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot distribution bottlenecks and delivery delays.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a remote team.
