Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a detail-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to manage our remote workstation environment. You will be responsible for ensuring our employees have the properly configured hardware and software they need to remain productive, providing expert remote assistance to troubleshoot and resolve workstation issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert remote technical support for desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
  • Manage workstation configurations, operating system installations, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, peripheral, and application performance problems remotely.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and lifecycle documentation.
  • Ensure all workstations adhere to company security policies and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Deep understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with remote desktop management and software deployment tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering professional IT support.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and endpoint security software.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume help desk or desktop support role.
