Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Customer Success Manager to own the success of our key clients. In this remote, full-time position, you will lead account strategy, manage long-term partnerships, and ensure our users derive significant value from our products, driving both retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention and growth strategies.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ongoing platform value.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing base.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS background preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn customer data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of churn mitigation, net retention, and expansion metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
