Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications using modern frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code that maximizes code reuse across mobile and web platforms.
- Integrate complex RESTful APIs and real-time backend services to deliver dynamic application content.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that perform consistently across screen sizes.
- Optimize application performance, including memory usage, battery consumption, and overall responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-specific issues to ensure a high-quality experience for all users.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the evolution of our application architecture and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in at least one modern cross-platform development framework (e.g., Flutter/Dart or React Native).
- Strong understanding of application architecture patterns (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux, or Hooks).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on writing high-performance, maintainable software.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fully remote environment, showcasing strong self-management and team communication.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) to bridge platform-specific functionality.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of state management strategies and local data persistence in cross-platform environments.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) as applied to hybrid apps.
- Prior experience or successful internships involving application development or open-source software contributions.
