Role Overview

XamCore Dynamics is looking for a talented, innovative, and highly skilled Xamarin Developer to join our remote-first mobile engineering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, responsive, and performant cross-platform mobile applications using the Xamarin framework. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive cross-platform applications using Xamarin and C#.
• Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, maintainable UI components using Xamarin.Forms or Xamarin.Native.
• Implement and manage efficient business logic and data patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and enhance product usability.
• Optimize application performance, rendering, and memory usage across Android and iOS.
• Debug and resolve technical issues through rigorous testing and performance profiling.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows, libraries, and tooling.
• Research and implement new Xamarin/MAUI technologies to enhance system efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the Xamarin framework.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI design, component-based architecture, and software fundamentals.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and dependency injection in C#.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET MAUI transition and migration strategies.
• Understanding of API security best practices and modern networking.
• Experience with testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of MVVM architectural pattern in mobile development.
