Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a creative and persistent Talent Sourcer to join our growing recruitment team. In this remote, full-time role, you will be the engine of our hiring process, proactively finding passive candidates and building strong pipelines to help us fill critical roles faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize research tools and platforms to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Initiate personalized outreach to prospective candidates through email, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on role requirements and pass them to the recruitment team.
  • Maintain and organize candidate data within our recruitment database and ATS.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional research skills and the ability to find information in unconventional places.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly written communication for outreach.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with advanced Boolean search strings and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing platforms.
  • Passion for technology and understanding of the current talent market.
