Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a data-driven Financial Analyst to provide critical support for our business operations. In this remote, full-time role, you will perform complex financial analysis, assist in strategic planning, and provide actionable reports to help our leadership make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analysis of financial data and operational metrics.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and planning.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances against actuals.
• Support the strategic planning process by providing in-depth market and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present reports on key financial KPIs to the senior management team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification (CFA/CA/MBA Finance) is highly desirable.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment with high precision.
