Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive cross-platform applications using React Native.
• Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, maintainable UI components.
• Implement and manage efficient state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and enhance product usability.
• Optimize application performance, rendering, and memory usage across different devices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, including native bridge troubleshooting, through rigorous testing.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows, libraries, and tooling.
• Research and implement new React Native technologies to enhance system efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and modern ES6+ syntax.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI design, component-based architecture, and software fundamentals.
• Experience with state management and asynchronous programming in React Native.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native platform integrations (Android/iOS modules, Native Modules).
• Understanding of API security best practices and modern networking (Axios, Fetch).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of TypeScript for improved code safety and developer experience.
