## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our engineering leadership team, effective 21/07/2026. ## Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, from architecture planning to deployment.
* Act as a bridge between stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication.
* Define project scopes, technical requirements, and sprint schedules in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Oversee code quality standards, technical debt, and infrastructure planning.
* Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
* Monitor project performance metrics and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
## Required Qualifications
* Strong technical background with experience in software development or systems engineering.
* Proven experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
* Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and technical documentation.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
## Preferred Skills
* PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
* Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
* Familiarity with full-stack development concepts and system architecture.
