Anikaay Integration is seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our remote-first engineering team as of 21/07/2026. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling dynamic, user-centric web applications. ## Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js.
– Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, interactive front-end components.
– Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
– Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to manage complex data flows efficiently.
– Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
– Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor junior team members.
– Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications to ensure seamless operation.
– Integrate front-end components with third-party APIs and backend services using RESTful or GraphQL endpoints.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
– Actively participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
## Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
– Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
– Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
– Strong understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
– Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
## Preferred Skills
– Experience with Next.js or other meta-frameworks.
– Familiarity with TypeScript for building robust, type-safe applications.
– Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or SASS.
– Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
– Understanding of build tools like Vite or Webpack.
– Basic knowledge of backend development or server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
