## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to join our team, effective 21/07/2026. You will play a crucial role in overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources, and ensuring our goals are met on time.
## Key Responsibilities
* Define, plan, and execute project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
* Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing).
* Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
* Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning to ensure productivity.
* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
## Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management, ideally within the software or creative industry.
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
* Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion).
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on results.
## Preferred Skills
* PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
* Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
* Experience in managing distributed, remote global teams.
