Role Overview

As our Operations Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our daily operations. You will be responsible for defining and executing the operational roadmap, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all departments are working in harmony to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Risk & Compliance: Manage operational risks by implementing robust controls and ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring operations staff and encouraging professional development.
  • Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes or the implementation of new technology systems.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide high-level insights and executive reports to the leadership team regarding operational health.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; significant leadership experience in operations is highly desired.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale complex operational processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
