Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive offensive security assessments on corporate networks, cloud platforms, and applications.
• Simulate sophisticated adversarial attacks to evaluate the effectiveness of current defensive controls.
• Audit internal software development pipelines to enforce secure coding and prevent security regressions.
• Identify critical system vulnerabilities including RCE, SQLi, and authentication bypasses in production environments.
• Produce highly detailed technical reports describing exploits and provide clear, actionable remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal defensive security teams (Blue Team) to improve detection logic and logging.
• Develop custom exploit code and automated scripts to improve testing efficacy and test coverage.
• Conduct regular threat intelligence gathering and stay informed on global emerging exploits.
• Participate in periodic red-teaming exercises and security posture simulations.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and established testing rules of engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of security methodologies, network protocols, and exploitation frameworks.
• Proficiency in standard hacking tools and custom exploit development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on lateral thinking.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills for professional vulnerability disclosure.
• A proactive, vigilant mindset and an unshakeable commitment to ethical standards.
• Freshers with high aptitude, active participation in CTF (Capture The Flag) competitions, or personal security research are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced security certifications like OSCP, OSCE, or CISSP.
• Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure security assessment.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Ruby for security task automation.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering, malware analysis, or binary exploitation.
• Experience in collaborating within a DevSecOps/CI/CD lifecycle.
