## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a talented Node.js Developer to join our growing backend development team, effective 21/07/2026. Whether you are an experienced developer or a professional with strong server-side JavaScript skills and a passion for building scalable infrastructure, we would love to hear from you. You will play a key role in developing high-performance, robust server-side logic and managing data integration.
## Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain high-performance, scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
* Design, implement, and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
* Manage and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and application state.
* Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with user-facing interfaces.
* Optimize backend performance for speed, reliability, and scalability.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor team members.
## Required Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.
* Proven experience building and managing server-side applications.
* Solid understanding of database management and design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and backend testing frameworks.
* Understanding of microservices architecture and API security.
