Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Translate complex design mockups into pixel-perfect, maintainable UI/UX components.
• Implement and manage efficient API integrations for dynamic data synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and improve product usability.
• Optimize application performance, battery efficiency, and memory usage.
• Debug and resolve technical issues through rigorous testing and performance profiling across devices.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows, libraries, and tooling.
• Research and implement new mobile technologies to enhance system efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major mobile framework (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI design, state management, and software fundamentals.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and API consumption.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-platform development tools and strategies.
• Understanding of API security best practices and modern networking.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest, JUnit, Jest).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (MVVM, BLoC, Redux).
