Role Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be the foundational element of our recruitment strategy. You will focus exclusively on the proactive identification and engagement of top-tier talent. You will use a variety of tools, search strings, and social platforms to locate high-quality candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of our hiring, making you a vital partner to our Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Identification: Execute complex search strategies to identify passive and active talent across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Leverage Boolean search, social media, X-ray searching, and professional networking sites to build candidate pipelines.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a sustainable and diverse pipeline of qualified leads for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Outreach: Draft and execute highly personalized outreach campaigns to engage top talent and generate interest.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate candidate information and interactions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor structures, and talent availability to inform our sourcing strategy.
  • Screening: Conduct initial lightweight screenings to verify core requirements before hand-off to recruiters.
  • Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with Recruiters to refine search criteria and ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of our teams.
  • Branding: Act as an ambassador for Anikaay Integration, communicating our values and mission during candidate engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach conversion rates and pipeline quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; strong interest in recruitment and sourcing is a must.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of familiarity with social media, job boards, and professional networking.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, or other niche sourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search strings and advanced internet searching techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and understanding role requirements.
