Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for a strategic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts. In this remote, full-time role, you will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines, managing the full recruitment cycle, and providing an exceptional experience to candidates while aligning with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-potential talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Facilitate interview coordination between hiring teams and candidates.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment and ATS management.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
