Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications and backend services.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional code.
• Optimize application performance, stability, and security across the entire stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and improve product usability.
• Manage and optimize complex database schemas to ensure high-performance data retrieval.
• Debug and resolve backend-specific technical issues through rigorous troubleshooting.
• Participate actively in code reviews to uphold engineering standards and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and implement new Java-based technologies and frameworks to enhance system efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Java, including deep knowledge of its core frameworks and the JDK.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Jakarta EE.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and security.
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.
