Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using PHP and modern frameworks.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional, well-structured code.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases for high-performance data retrieval and storage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and improve product usability.
• Debug and resolve backend-specific technical issues through rigorous troubleshooting.
• Participate actively in code reviews to uphold engineering standards and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain and update content management systems (CMS) and custom-built web solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and implement new web technologies and frameworks to enhance system efficiency.
• Document system architecture, API specifications, and technical workflows for long-term maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, including deep knowledge of modern language versions (8.x+).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, algorithms, and web development fundamentals.
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating high-quality, maintainable software.
• Freshers with strong academic foundations or internship experience are encouraged to apply; we provide extensive mentorship.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for consistent, professional virtual collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or Magento.
• Understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and security.
• Experience with build tools and front-end integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PHPUnit.
