Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to manage our internal infrastructure and provide essential technical support to our remote team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring system uptime, secure hardware/software deployment, and prompt resolution of technical issues to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage internal IT infrastructure and employee support systems.
  • Provide end-user desktop and application support to our remote workforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and system configuration issues.
  • Manage company hardware and software assets, including licensing and procurement.
  • Implement and enforce internal IT security protocols and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Strong foundation in OS management (Windows/macOS/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with remote desktop management and employee IT support.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fully remote technical environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) and cloud-based IT management tools.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and identity management (e.g., Okta, Active Directory).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
