## Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our growing strategy and operations team, effective 21/07/2026. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, we would love to hear from you. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and facilitating the successful delivery of projects.
## Key Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
* Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
* Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
* Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
* Assist in project planning, scope management, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
## Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consultative role.
* Strong ability to gather requirements and create detailed documentation (BRD, FRD).
* Proficiency in process modeling, data flow diagrams, and requirement management tools.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic technical concepts.
* Knowledge of data analysis techniques to support business decision-making.
