Role Overview

Anikaay Integration is looking for an analytical and experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide deep technical assistance to our enterprise clients. In this remote, full-time role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our product engineering team, solving intricate technical challenges and ensuring our solutions run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues raised by enterprise clients.
  • Provide end-to-end product troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Document all system errors, bugs, and technical resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve product defects.
  • Monitor system health and ensure high service availability for our clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and database technologies (SQL).
  • Proven experience in technical support, system administration, or developer support roles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems autonomously in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
